enrollment process as easy and efficient as

paper-free, electronic enrollment application that
uses the speed and convenience only the Internet

employers quickly enroll, review and maintain

UniCare claims are processed
quickly and accurately in our fully-automated
system. If questions arise, UniCare members can
call our trained Customer Service Representatives

call answer time and call abandonment rate. We
also survey our members periodically on the
accessibility, quality and effectiveness of the
