options to help them select a plan based on their needs.
- PlanProfessorsm, a comprehensive,

- MyHumana is a secured personal home page that
allows members to consolidate information, set preferences and drive all health benefit transactions

- Maximize Your Benefit provides information
about pharmacy benefits. Sometimes Humana members purchase a prescription when a less expensive cost option
with the same medical effectiveness is available. In that case, Humana sends letters, secured e-mails or
voicemails to inform the member of potential savings to them and encourages them to talk with their
physician about their prescription options. This empowers members to decide which drug best meets their

- Rx Calculator — a web-based tool designed to
help members project what their pharmacy costs will be and make a pharmacy benefit plan decision based on

He is board certified as a specialist in professional counseling by
