How to Eliminate Anxiety and Panic

-without costly doctors's visits or medication-

Anxiety includes worry, fear and hyper-vigilance. Symptoms include tension, catastrophic thoughts, "butterflies," stomach fluttering and nervousness within the chest.

Anxiety consists of agitated bodily feelings and nervous, panicky thinking. It was engineered into us to protect us from serious external threats.

However, during abnormal anxiety, troubling, worrisome physical and emotional symptoms appear.  They are heart palpitations, rapid heartbeat and escalating blood pressure; anxiety is mistakenly preparing us to fight a perceived but non-existent danger.

Therefore, surges of blood flood the muscles enabling them to escape from the mistakenly perceived threat.  If you suffer from anxiety, you have a proclivity to mistakenly perceive that something catastrophic will happen, causing you unnecessary dread or fear.

Unfortunately, because of genetic errors, some of us develop anxiety even though no realistic danger present.  So, instead of protecting us, this perverse anxiety worsens our life for no rational reason. This is anxiety disorder.

Anxiety disorders include, phobias, generalized anxiety, panic and obsessive compulsive disorders.  Generalized anxiety disorders are the most common.

They are free floating forms of anxiety or foreboding which taint most things in the sufferer's daily life; there is no specific stimulus. On the other hand, obsessive compulsive disorder is a very bizarre type of anxiety; sufferers often believe that something is just WRONG with their mind.

They have obsessive thoughts that point to a dangerous result if a certain behavior, like checking the lock on the car, is not done repetitively and compulsively-over and over.

The imagined consequence is irrational, the sufferer knows it but still needs to compulsively repeat the 'ritual' to relieve his fear of the dreaded result anyway.

Washing their hands repetitively for no rational reason is another ritual that some patients feel compelled to do. Psychotherapy, counseling, anxiety self-therapy kits (STKs) and

some psychiatric medications are helpful in reducing the intensity of the obsessions. If counseling has not worked or you don't want to take medications, then an STK is recommended.  STKs are self-contained programs which are self-paced, tested and have been used by doctors and hospitals for years.

They are tools that have produced amazing results for some patients in just days.  They are delivered in numerous user-friendly formats, including CD, DVD, workbook, MP3, video, audio and e-book and have become a godsend for many people.

Additional huge benefits of STKs are that the sufferer is always in full control and that they are used conveniently in your own home and at your own pace.

Without using these tested self-therapy kits, and in the absence of any other treatment, you will likely continue experiencing frightening panic attacks including, symptoms of dizziness and intermittent fears that you may be going crazy or are going to pass-out.

Consumer FAQs:

Q:  Should I use a self-therapy kit (STK) before consulting a therapist?

A:  I think its best to start your own treatment first-with the kit.  After all, after successfully completing your self-therapy, you may not need counseling or medication.

Q:  What if I want to consult a counselor anyway?  Can I use the kit as well?

A:  Using an STK while engaging in treatment will likely boost both the speed and quality of your recovery several times over!

Q:  Where do I find self-therapy kits (STKs)?

A:  Look on the internet.  Search for "self-help" "self-improvement,"  "anxiety, depression self-help."  Be sure to study the brochures and make sure the content is cutting-edge.

The key:  Read any brochure carefully .  Be certain that the STK will boost the quality and dramatically shorten the time of your recovery.

STKs are perfect remedies because they are self-paced, used in the privacy of your home, are drug-free, time-tested and are yours for a lifetime.  And, they can supercharge your recovery if you are taking medication or are in counseling now.

You even might be able to reduce or eliminate your medication entirely! You get one additional benefit you won't get from ANY doctor or therapist.

These new-generation STKs are unconditionally guaranteed.  If not satisfied, you get your money back.  It doesn't get any better than that!
